As a ninja it is your duty to expand your kick ass arsenal of jutsu, but of course you have to train and learn these jutsu so here is the quick quide for learning the jutsu depending on the rank.
E rank jutsu= 3 posts minimum
D rank jutsu= 4 posts minimum
C rank jutsu= 5 posts minimum
B rank jutsu= 8 posts minimum
A rank jutsu= 10 post minimum
S rank jutsu= 15 post minimum
Once a mod or admin reads you training thread and gives you the OK, feel free to add the jutsu to your ability sheet. Upon making a chaacter you get all your jutsu slots free but upon ranking up you must learn all your jutsu.
