Description:though proper control the user of this technique the puppet master is able to do puppetry without the large hand motions usually required, able to keep their hands mostly still, like in a pocket, the down side is it takes a bit more chakra to do this when just starting to learn it

Description: the fingers of the user no longer need to move at such a large range to make the puppet move, meaning even finer control of the puppet is possible normally or the user can use the skill to keep the hands concealed and the puppet moving, this is the most basic skill that only gets better with time and training.

Shadow strings: the user is able to make the chakra stings used in there puppetry finer making them harder to see this aids in concealment.

Description: The user can revers the direction and the set up of the strings making it look like the puppet is actually the one controlling the user, this is usually used with a transformation jutsu so that the one they are fighting cannot tell which is which, another basic technique utilizing chakra manipulation.

Description: the user is able to project their voice and alter it through there puppet to make it seem like the puppet is actually a different person/the user more a parlor trick to some, when trained properly it can be quite a useful tool for misdirection and deception

for Mika? yes considering she has been using it with her Puppet Puru to make her seem real since she was a kid I thought it made sense that she was tell trained in all of the starting skills
