Scarlet is very interested in the other villages. She is asking you to spy on the shinobi from other villages and report back anyone who displays unique abilities. Look for special Kekki Genkai, or something you've never seen before. You must do this without being detected. Confirmation of any kind leaves you without reward. Depending on the severity, it may also leave you without life.
Reward: 760 Ryo and everything still attached.
